2) Purpose of the processing of personal data

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is

  • the person’s consent
  • the legitimate interest of the controller.

The purpose of processing personal data is to maintain customer relations, marketing and communication. Personal data is processed for purposes related to the management and maintenance of the customer relationship, the provision and delivery of services, the development of services, billing and communication.

In addition, personal data is processed for customer communications, such as information and news purposes and marketing, which also includes processing of personal data for direct marketing and electronic direct marketing purposes.

3) Data content of the register

The information stored in the register may include: the name of the person, company or organisation, e-mail address, telephone number, IP address of the network connection, information on the services ordered, billing information, other information related to the customer relationship and the services ordered.

The data will be processed for as long as it is necessary for the purpose of the register. The data stored in the information systems are stored in systems that require a login. The login credentials are only under the control of the Controller.

Every person in the register has the right to.

  • check their data stored in the register
  • request the correction of any incorrect information or the completion of incomplete information.
  • request the erasure of personal data concerning him or her from the register

Data subjects also have other rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, such as the restriction of processing of personal data in certain situations. All of the above requests must be made in writing.

Regular sources of information:

The data stored in the register is obtained from the person himself/herself, for example, when visiting the website, from messages sent via web forms, by e-mail, by telephone, through social media services, contracts, customer meetings and other situations where the customer discloses his/her data.

4) Legal grounds for processing

The legal grounds for the processing of personal data are the following in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter also referred to as “GDPR”): the data subject has given his or her consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes (GDPR Art.6.1.a);

processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or for carrying out pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (GDPR Art. 6 Art. 1.b);

processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or a third party (GDPR Art. 6 Art. 1.f).

The legitimate interest of the controller referred to above is based on a relevant and proper relationship between the data subject and the controller, resulting from the fact that the data subject is a customer of the controller, and where the processing is carried out for purposes which the data subject could reasonably have expected at the time of collection of the personal data and in the context of the relevant relationship.

5) Regular disclosures and transfers of data outside the EU or EEA

As a rule, the data is not disclosed outside the company, nor is it disclosed to other parties for marketing purposes. Information may be published to the extent agreed with the customer.

The data will not be transferred or disclosed outside the EU or EEA.
